These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the F5 Coffee USA Shopify store (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who We Are

The Site is operated by F5 Coffee LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), located in Sacramento, California, USA. We are an authorized USA retailer of F5 coffee cube products.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state/province to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

3) Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, products, or availability at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order (including suspected fraud, reseller activity, or pricing/stock errors). If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4) Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier scans the package as accepted (unless your state requires otherwise).
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

5) Returns & Refunds (Consumable Product Policy)

Because our products are consumables, all sales are final on opened items.
Eligible returns: Unopened, unused, original sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged/defective/wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello.f5coffee@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the shipping box, label, and product packaging. We may offer a replacement or refund after review.

6) Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If we offer subscriptions, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at each renewal. You can cancel future renewals per instructions on the Site; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund already processed orders.

7) Product Information & Use

We try to display product descriptions accurately, but packaging, ingredients, and directions may change by manufacturer. Always read the label on the product you receive.
You are responsible for checking ingredients and suitability for your dietary needs, allergies, and sensitivities. Our content is not medical advice.

8) Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards

Discount codes may be limited by time, product, or quantity and cannot be combined unless we state otherwise. We may modify or end promotions at any time.
Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable except where required by law.

9) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and design) is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without written permission.

10) User Content (Reviews, Comments, Submissions)

If you post reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for business purposes (e.g., marketing, product pages).
You agree not to post unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content.

11) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt or hack the Site

  • Scrape data or use automated tools without permission

  • Submit false orders, chargebacks in bad faith, or fraudulent claims

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS/REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE/USE OF PRODUCTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
