Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final on opened food items. For safety and quality reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on opened coffee cubes or any consumable product.

Eligible returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging

  • It’s returned in resellable condition

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and product packaging

Missing packages / shipping issues

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help you file a carrier claim. (Refunds/replacements may depend on carrier confirmation.)

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or unsealed consumables

  • Items marked “final sale”

  • Store Credits

How to start a return

Email us at hello.f5coffee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions. (We recommend using a trackable shipping method.)
